At TSI, we believe that the best method for instructional design for knowledge transfer is by implementing a blended learning approach.
Blended learning is the integration of standard instructor-led facilitation in conjunction with another form of educational treatment to form a blended learning approach. TSI has implemented traditional instructor-led learning in conjunction with state-of-the-art e-Learning.
This approach aids us in helping schools to more effectively meet their state curriculum standards (where appropriate). It also enables us to help volunteers to reach public education speaking goals more effectively by providing them with follow up training that links seamlessly to TSI's instructor-led training programs.
TSI offers these educational programs free-of-charge on-line. In addition, TSI offers in some states a professional development/continuing education program.  Education
This school based program is focused on any educational institution from grammar school through college. This program is also part of TSI's continuing education programs in states where TSI is an approved professional development provider.
